66 STORIES is a unique community living complex, located in the heart of Kaunas – Laisvės
avenue. It is located in a cozy inner courtyard, that guarantees concentration, silence and peace,
while the legendary fountain of the avenue and a bustle of the city center are just a few steps away.
A project is filled with 66 fully furnished and equipped individual apartments, distinguished the most
attractive small square footage, interior solutions created by designers, all the necessary furniture and
household appliances.

Residents of the complex for an additional fee can also use the co-working space, that
is set up in the building, suitable for both education and work, laundry, storerooms, order cleaning services
and receive all kinds of help from the building maintenance staff.
